When my wife was pregnant with our daughter, she craved the homemade Mojo salsa daily. Up to that point we had only tried the Mojo burrito on the menu, but as we found ourselves at the Mojo counter 4 to 5 times a week (sometimes twice a day!), we began to try just about everything on the menu and have never been let down. The entire menu, including specials, have been thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients and lots of imagination. Whether trying the fish tacos, Elmo burrito or a mountain bowl, we have been consistently impressed. Most recently, the Friday lunch special in Red Bank, the grilled shrimp po boy burrito has captivated our palettes and kept us coming back. The staff and atmosphere are a winning combination every day of the week, whether we're eating in or taking our orders to go. Thankfully, unlike most pregnancy cravings, the craving for Mojo Burrito has not gone away. Now as we look for a healthy nutritious diet for ourselves and our daughter, we never have to worry about what is in her Lily Bowl or her black bean and cheese quesadilla. I have always recommended Mojo Burrito to my friends and family as a healthy tasty alternative to fast food and processed restaurant food and extend that recommendation to all.
A friend of mine told me that I had to try mojo burrito it'll change your life. I thought that's crazy a life changing burrito, but I had to try it. And sure enough, it did change my life in that it raised my burrito standard. I can't wait until the one on east brainerd is finished so I don't have to drive to st. Elmo. Mojo burrito is in my opinion the best burrito one can eat.
